By using AltonTech services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
AltonTech provides technology services including IT support, networking, device setup, media production, and specialty services as described on our website. Services are provided on an as-requested basis.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
We stand behind our work. If an issue recurs within 30 days of service, we will resolve it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party actions.
AltonTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
While we take precautions to protect your data during service, we are not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, software issues, or other factors beyond our control. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups.
For media production work, you retain rights to the final deliverables. We may use anonymized project descriptions and non-confidential work samples in our portfolio.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
